The rooms were modern but still cozy, well laid out, and felt modern. However, we were let down by the room service staff who seemed not to want to fulfill our order. Could we come down and pay and wait and take the food back to the room. The hotel's location is good, walking distance from Speicherstadt and Hafencity, with a young-feeling, well-equipped bar and very friendly staff.
